I just received and offer to manage a different club. I'm happy with my current team and I wanna reject the offer. I can't seem to find any way to reject the offer. Am I supposed to just leave it sitting idle and eventually it will go away?

Just ignore the offer and it will expire on a specific date.

That day, the CPU will ask you again if you are sure to don't accept the offer and if you want to continue with your current club.
