With the coming of a new game there's also an influx of new players. Here's a little something I hope helps you on the way.

Beginners shouldn't neglect the skills training within the game either. Those helped me a lot when I got back into the PES world a few years back.

oh for sure if you never played and not use to PES you should play all of the training exercises.. I did all the training available last night even though I played pes over the years. I dunno why but I just like doing every skill training before playing. good warmup

Yeah the tutorial helped me as well as I've never played PES and always FIFA. Still having a bit of trouble with skill moves (the very last one) but was able to get gold on the rest of them.

I'm a long time FIFA player but after playing this game I could never go back to FIFA. I've always heard how good the gameplay is supposed to be in this but I thought it was exaggerated. I was wrong, it's an absolutely beautiful soccer sim.

There are lot's of tutorials on Youtube to help newcomers out and I suggest using the alternate controls if you're coming from FIFA.

Yeah I switched to the alternate controls and it's very similar to FIFA. The training drills definitely helped me some, I did them all to get the GP for MyClub (but also to learn the game mechanics better). Still haven't completed the skill moves one but I've gotten the 600 GP for the rest of them.

I am liking this game so far but between work and I'm also in a Madden franchise I haven't gotten to play it as much as I liked. Hopefully tonight I can play a bit haha

How do you complete the corner training for gold. I keep get silver just under the gold, can't score in the goal, can only get my head on the ball for the last 3, which are the ones where you have ai defending you.
