The german delivery of the english language is always funny to me.

It's hard to get the nuances of inflection in the language which soften statements.

So when german's speak english using german speaking framework everything comes out sounding like a demand.

It is a nice look, wish they were using the full build.

If this video was supposed to convince me that I had to run out and buy PES 17 on the release day, I am afraid it has had the opposite effect. Maybe just maybe if the game goes on a half price sale around Black Friday, I might consider buying it. But the game looks so rushed. The players are constantly sprinting up and down the field, the ball is passed around like a ping pong ball. Even if they have improved the goaltenders. It just does not look real. It looks like an arcade game. Add on top of this that I would prefer to play using a PC versus a console, but who in their right mind would consider buying the PES 17 PC game when the graphics technology they continue to insist on using is pretty much ancient 10 year old technology. I'm sorry. We'll see how I feel in a few months from now if the game goes on sale for half price. But it's not for me now.

I am not here to trash the game. I am just here saying that based on this video and a few others I watched about the modern day PES series. I am no longer interested in buying this game for full price when it is released and yes I have played the demo on my PS4.

Now what you look for the game to do to entertain you, is likely different than what I look for and I assure you if the FIFA 17 demo does not blow me away when it is released, chances are good that I will only be looking to pick up that game as well at a discount and will continue to play FIFA 16 warts and all on my PC with the Modway mods.

Finally, I am no Soccer guru (err I mean Futbol guru). But I do appreciate the sport and I have owned Konami soccer titles in the past. Back in 2006 I bought Winning Eleven version 8 for the XBox and in that era of soccer games, Konami was much better than the EA FIFA game. Heck I'd still be enjoying Winning Eleven today if my XBox console had not died on me. But for how I enjoy to play these game, right now FIFA offers me a better experience. Maybe next year Konami can win me back. But not this year, at least not for full price especially when they offer an inferior product on the PC.

You will find it if you click the square button on the page where you select which team you want to control (home or away)
