A blast from the past - Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 for the PC. One of the best ever, and I believe it just did not get the chance it deserved in terms of editing global stats.

The reason for some edits is because PES 2011 had a great BASE to work with, however - there were some quirks that made it a bit too easy even on the hardest of difficulties. I addressed these by making sure the FUNDAMENTALS are there. So player's response, aggression and balance are all taken into equation. Then you have the team tactics/settings with a universal fundamental. There is still so much customization - but as long as you use these as the fundamental (and not changing them) you will experience solid gameplay throughout. This still allows exceptional individuality for your team, so players will not play the same throughout - that's the beauty of PES 2011 after all!

ENFORCER: Applied to all DMF
Removed from CB

Install directions (BACK UP ORIGINAL FILES IN YOUR FOLDERS FIRST!!!):

Option File - simply extract the EDIT.BIN file to your /documents/Konami/PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2011/SAVE folder - this should overwrite the existing EDIT.BIN (BACK IT UP FIRST!)

If you want to apply the Tweaks to a different Option File, follow these instructions:

You must have PES EDITOR by w!Ld@: http://www.moddingway.com/file/6194.html

Extract all files to your desktop or any folder you can find easily.
Load your EXISTING Edit.BIN from PES EDITOR. Go to Global Functions TAB. On the bottom right you will see where it says: "MUlitple Changes of Player Abilities (OF Tweak)":
- Below that will be a button to click (right above, to the right, of Record Macro - should have three dots "..." ) - locate the .XML file from my .RAR download.
- Once loaded, click APPLY - wait for it to install each Tweak, then it will finish with logs of what was edited.

I thought it was known and accepted that PES 2011 was better than 2014 or at least that's what I've got from reading several PES forums. After trying once again playing PES 2014 after installing all the patches I still find it quite unplayable and a mess so i went back to PES 5 which I'm having lots of fun, I'll try to give this a try though.

Wow the lighting in this version is incredible.

Gameplay wise, everything looks and moves as it should. Really impressive. Might have to give this a try.

Love PES 5, man. I'm in 5th year with Inter in my ML - just a blast. Can't wait to get this going as well on the side. Try it out - let me know. I made edits too on the bottom of the OP as well.

Yeah, the lighting was spot on - I know having a Day/Night and Afternoon created a lot more variety, not to mention the occasional rain as well. I adjust my color in the game option as well to everything +6 except Brightness +3 and Red -6; looks great.

My first game of PES 5 since I reinstalled it was Inter-Milan, those teams were stacked and I liked playing with a not so old Recoba since he's one of my favorite players (and I remember being Seabass favorite too).

Do you recommend me to download every PES 2011 update to play with that patch and settings?

Edit: What do you mean by A/D AWARENESS = SOLELY DEF MINDED? What input should I put in the PES Editor?

I just downloaded Smoke Patch 3.7 - it came with the update to 1.03 (really it's just the executable) and from there added my own smoother turf (http://www.moddingway.com/file/20866.html) since I'll playing English football.

A/D Awareness is the Attack/Defensive awareness. Within the editor it's located under "Other" right after Market Price. When you select it change the Operation to "=" and the Value will change from 1 to "Solely Attack minded" by default - change this to "Solely Defence Minded".

It seriously doesn't get any better than this. Played this in "fixed" mode (control one player) and Player Camera. Used Torress - epic failed a couple of times, lol - but was so much fun. Kalou got booked for diving! That doesn't happen in ANY game right now.

I tried playing but I'm not sure if it's the framerate but it wasn't smooth, I don't have great gaming laptop but I could play PES 2014 lag free with minimum settings, any way to fix that? I remember there was a workaround with kitserver but can't remember.
