That is correct. However, the CPU will be using them so it really depeneds on how much it boosts stats. From what I saw the most was like 5 points for 1 category so I don' think it will be bad to be honest. Still a bad decision but I think it wil be ok.

ugh, i will never ever understand why they decided it was a good idea to ruin the Master League. If i buy a player on transfer, i shouldn't then have to have him start off with generic crap and have to buy it to make him better, lol.

I absolutely hate this decision. Hope I can keep an open mind and not allow it to affect my ML experience.

Hopefully they can fix it with the option files, a lot of things can be changed, so hoping they can remove or change the award boots to not affect stats. Then just give everyone their correct shoes and the cpu shouldn't change them if there are no boosts.
