Adding players to your ML

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could help me out. I found a list in the Winter that had all the players that are licensed in PES with their real faces that appear on national teams, but not any squads. This makes them not available in your Master League.

One example I can think of off the top of my head is Keisuke Honda. He has a great preset face and is a solid player I would like to have/play against in my ML. I am using an awesome option file so the Bundesliga and nPower Championship is no problem as players like Eljero Elia have been added from Netherlands to Hamburg along with some others, but I know that there are many more thatI would like to include.

I have done countless Google searches and can't seem to find this list anywhere. If anyone knows where these might be listed or has seen it also, please let me know.
