If not having the EPL license didn't kill them, losing the Spanish one sure won't.

I just hope they bring back the editing features from a couple years ago, this year's editing was terrible.

PES 2008 has no Bundesliga license and still sells well here in Germany.
Optionfiles are your friend.

Offline for sure. But online not so much. Sometimes they will allow player names to show up edited online (ala NCAA Football) but I doubt they will allow different kits to be used online.

Its about time they actually significantly increased the number of teams in the game. And by that i mean including unlicensed versions of FULL lower leagues like Serie B and the Championship - and of course the Bundesliga too in unlicensed forms - not just one or two new clubs/national teams like in the past (especially when in the case of national teams, they simply replaced one nation with another...they never really added more).
