Make championship fights 5 rounds online!!

Can't believe it has managed to get shipped with this wrong. Do the Devs not even watch UFC?

Someone in the official UFC 4 discord said that 5 round championship fights are only available if you're at division 15 or higher.

So only the top 20% of players ever get to have them? Even though you get "title" fights at every division.

If this is true, then that's just baffling. I try to defend game developers as much as anyone, but some of the decisions made for this game are just totally perplexing. Maybe I'm missing something.

I'm conflicted about it as 5 round fights are more skillful but I'd imagine they also limit the amount of usable characters.

Division 15? How many are there? And so not only are you limited to what division you play since it’s random, now you don’t even get five round fights even if you are a champion?So scrubs can just mash all game with no worry of stamina management?

Surely this has to be an error. In the loading screen between fights, one of the “tips” say something like “Fights against a prospect opponent as a champion will only be 3 rounds”.

Surely that means that title fights are supposed to be 5 rounds. Why else would that info be there.

Yes, 5-round championship fights are available in ranked after you reach 15 division (1700points). And yes, this is ridiculous
