I'm disappointed, honestly. Same presets, same sculpting system without more effects from the sliders, no new "normal" beards, it's all wacky stuff. There's a couple decent new hairstyles but the rest is super wacky beards and hair. Hardly any new eyebrows, either.

I wouldn't mind the wacky stuff IF we had an equal amount of new "normal" beards/hair styles. Was hoping for less in the way of presets all having really strong facial features that couldn't be adjusted enough with sliders, that's what made some presets straight up unusable when trying to make a real fighter.

Same body types, bar one or two, same skin colours - what's wrong with a colour slider like UD3 or something even like WWE 2K? It just feels like they're trying to emulate WWE 2K but the difference is, MMA is a real sport and the super crazy accessories really have no place in there as an authentic MMA simulator, as much as I might find them funny, especially to see them in an Octagon. WWE is scripted and the attires are a huge part of it, hence why they're so much customisation in the WWE games - not saying I don't want great customisation, I would just rather have the time and money spent on wacky stuff spent on more realistic hair types, beards and small accessories like ear tape for certain fighters, etc.

I wouldn't mind the wacky attire too much if we also had more realistic hair and what not, but to forgo that for super WWE style stuff? That's upsetting as someone who enjoyed making real fighters.

I do like the PRIDE and Strikeforce gloves, though, that's more in line with the sport I think. Most of the gloves are fine, they can only be so wacky.

Having said that: I can enjoy the wacky stuff for what they are because it's better than nothing new at all, but man I wish we had more realistic stuff first, at least. Most of me is upset that it's all insane cosmetics, but in a way, I do kinda like it in that it's something fun. Again, though, I would've been more okay with it if we also had more realistic stuff and if the crazy CAFs were in a certain mode. The online immersion isn't really gonna be there anymore unless you play with a friend (which is kinda how it is gameplay wise now, but I mean visually), sadly.

Just watched the video briefly. Well what can I say, I'm glad that there are STRIKEFORCE gloves and PRIDE, perhaps after the gloves, whole organizations will also add. Compared to the previous part, we have more options. But I would like the fighter's settings to be more flexible. As in Nioh 2 for example. I understand this is not the best example for MMA game, but still. Overall I'm happy with the changes, but lacking in flexibility. If GC are waiting for suggestions, I can say that it would be very cool to make the editor flexible for the body

They've deffo gone all in on the wacky styles! There seemed to be a few on there that would look ok without the added wackiness, wish they offered like "normal" and "kumite" options for the hairs or something like that.
