Are you with TELUS and having lag issue with EASHL ?

If your ISP is TELUS and you are having experience micro-stuttering lag with NHL 16 EASHL mode, I need your help.

Can you post your traceroute from your IP address to the EASHL EA Server ? I am suspecting this is a peering partner routing issue and I need to gather data to investigate further.

Note: I work for TELUS.

go at the cmd line and type :

tracert easo.ea.com

Switch to shaw in the mean time it fixed my issue but this guy is trying to help it is an issue with both ea and telus they just are having troubles with servers connecting or something but hopefully it is being worked on
