Whats the bug? When I sim to next shift, NHL16 restarts entirely

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? BAP

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Yes

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far. Every time

Platform: PS4 and Xbox One

Whats the bug? Editing a player causes the draft information in their player card switch to first overall for their draft year.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Edit player in main menus

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Simply edit anything about a player and it occurs.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Every time

Candy Cane zone I believe is the offside warning you can turn that off if you want.

Whats the bug? Hug post freezes the goalie in the middle of the net facing left or right

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? EASHL

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Press LB and goalie started to face 90 left in the middle of the net. Unable to move until LB is pressed again

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far.5 to 10 times

What's the bug? I was playing in the boards back turned to my CPU opponent. CPU checked me a bit from behind and all in the sudden puck went through the boards into the crowd, outside the rink and a face-off was the result of this event (or a bug).

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Play Now

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I'm not sure if this is a common bug or not

How often has the bug been reproduced? Just once

Whats the bug? It appears that when you ice the puck in BAP, you are still allowed to change, and get off the ice.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Be A Pro

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? It happens any time you ice the puck (unless you are not fatigued, in which case your coach chooses to leave you out there)

How often has the bug been reproduced? Multiple times

What's the bug? Game locks up when viewing player card during a trade

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Be a GM

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? After a trade is proposed by another team, press R3 to view a player's card. The game will lock up without the card becoming visible, no way to back out of it. Game seems to get stuck in an infinite loop, as music and menu sounds still work, but the commands to view the card or back out do not work.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far. 8 times 3 weeks into a season on Be a GM mode.

This, player goal stats failing to appear in-game, and the crazy fps problem are really the only issues I've run into so far. Otherwise, great game, first I've played since NHL 13
