EA Access - NHL 16 Question

do you guys know if EA NHL 16 will have 10 hours of game play prior to the original release? I believe Madden, PGA are all having 10 hours, so will NHL follow the same amount of time?

I'm confident it will. Battlefield Hardline did as well, so basically every major release for them this year has. I suspect Star Wars Battlefront also will, so I think it's safe to assume NHL 16 will too. UNLESS the pull a bait and switch on us and take out EASHL and other features. Don't laugh, they did it last year lol.

Re: EA Access - NHL 16 Question

I preorded NHL today on X1 and the game seemed to already install. 16GB it said. Does it usually pre-install that early? I wouldn't think they had a game to release to pre-install.

Yeah it's common to be able to preload this early if it's in the marketplace.

Re: EA Access - NHL 16 Question

The fact that apparently we can preload the game already YET we have yet to see ANY gameplay outside of 1 minute of gameplay minus EASHL gameplay is laughable...

They can't hide it tho much longer. The game most certainly has gone gold.

This is make or break for the NHL team and it concerns me and many others that we haven't seen any gameplay STILL with the FULL GAME coming very soon

Who knows if it's full game already installed tho. Maybe there's a good chunk of the game that they know they can release for pre-load, but plan on adding to it at a later date.

If it's on their servers, i doubt it's anything but the final copy. That means any issues past that are going to need to be patched, and we've seen how often the offline portion of the game gets a decent patch.

Re: EA Access - NHL 16 Question

Does anyone know if EA Access works for playing the game AFTER it gets released? I was thinking about getting Access now so I can play Madden for 10 hours, then NHL for 10 hours in a few weeks, and save $6 on the digital purchase.
