Awful goaies?

So I recently picked up this game, I play on Superstar difficulty with Sim sliders, and I've played about 10 games into my Be a GM and my goalie (I'm the Devils, so in this case Cory Schneider) has a .750 Save%? Surely I'm doing something wrong to produce this, because this just doesn't seem realistic or "sim." Am I the only person encountering this? Should I adjust sliders?

I feel like I'm decent at the game, except 1/4th of the shots taken against me go in, regardless of quality.

How long of periods do you play? This could just be shot total vs amount of goals going in.

10 minutes, the opposing teams average ~20 shots/game but score ~5 goals.
