Bad luck perhaps?

I only play 2 games on the PS5, The Show and EA's NHL series.

If I'm luck, I get to play 90 minutes a day, so I am not I'm someone who plays dozens upon dozens of hours a week.

Has anyone else had an issue with stick drift, because the NHL game is so stick heavy?

I'm already on my 3rd controller in less than 3 years....and I know it's not the Show that's causing it.

Any advice? It's not like I throw the controller around or anything like that.

I play heavy sports games and play daily and still on the original controller when the PS5 came out.

I play the same games you mentioned and a few others, and am not particularly hard on the controllers. I have lost two to stick drift. I even disassembled one and "fixed" it, which worked for about a week. Stick drift is a known issue with the PS5 controller and Sony has not shown that they have addressed it effectively yet. My current controller is up to 9 months and still working, so I am hopeful it will go well beyond the one year warrantee period...remains to be seen.
