AlTito's NHL 15 Sliders

Hi everyone!

I'm back, this time with my sliders set for NHL 15. As always, I'm trying to get a good mix of fun and realism, even if it's not possible to get exactly the game we want with slider changes only. I will be doing minor tweaks while I continue playing and every of these changes will be shown in this post.

I will personally always favor realistic gameplay and feeling on the ice compared to perfect stats. One of the rules I also try to follow is to tweak sliders by no more than 3 clicks from their default values, to avoid any kind of unwanted side effects on gameplay.

According to your skill level, you can play on All-Star or Superstar difficulties. If it becomes too easy, you may also increase CPU Difficulty Adjustment by a few clicks.

Hope you will enjoy the gameplay. Feel free to add comments, questions or feedbacks. And don't be afraid to adjust things to your liking or needs, these sliders are only there as a base. Have fun!

WARNING: Be careful as some of the changes to the sliders don't save correctly (game speed, fatigue recovery, all shot accuracies, among others). After entering them, get out to the main menu and then come back to see if everything was saved correctly. If not, just change the incorrect values and it should be ok after you exit again.

Re: AlTito's NHL 15 Sliders

thanks for posting. When you change the settings doesn't "hardcore" become custom now?

Yes, it will become Custom after you change slider values. However, I use Hardcore as a base.

The NHL is using delayed offsides.

Re: AlTito's NHL 15 Sliders

I thought it was Offsides: ON, most of the games I saw when they were across the blue line it was called , I guess they didn't move from the 2000-2004, era of offsides, then again it must be kinds of referes ,

hey may I ask a question, can u tell me if am able to change lines : manually ?, that would boost my confidence ((never mind I saw it on your sliders thing)) yes!

Re: AlTito's NHL 15 Sliders

I ran out of time on my EA Access before I was able to try out these sliders... :-(

I'm sure these were/are loosely based on your NHL14 slider settings. How do you feel the changes affect the game as compared to '14.

Do you feel like its a better representation of an actual game?
