NHL Beard and Equipment Updates

I just got NHL 17, and I've noticed a good amount of players not really looking like their real life counterparts, be it faces or gear, as well as goaltenders not having correct pads.

As EA only allows us to edit beards and gear, I thought we could try to edit players this way to make it seem more realistic.

I'll be starting with my favourite team, the Rangers. My idea is to eventually have an index and update this on a regular basis, of course help is appreciated.
