Retired Players

What is everyone doing with retired players or players that have not played for years:

Chris Pronger - Not retired officially but hasn't played since 2011

Ryane Clowe - Retired due to concussions

Marc Savard - Has not played for years

Move to national teams?

Usually move to national teams or just drop their potentials/overall so there's no chance of them playing.

I just edited them as low as I could and left them in the FA pool

I knocked them down to 65 overall and left them on their teams for salary cap reasons.

While Clowe did officially retire, I'm not sure if his remaining $ stays on the cap.
