Be A GM scouting questions

As I mess around with my own sliders to figure out what I like, I see tidbits regarding scouting while it saves. Some times I see " Red means a player may never reach his POT". Just want to know what else am I missing?

I looked at the Manual but theres nothing, just looking for some info

Also, is it rare to see draft day deals?

I don't have extensive experience with be a GM mode but I know that red stars means like you said, yellow means about 50/50 of reaching potential, and green means they have a high chance of reaching their potential. Obviously the more stars the higher the potential.

And I didn't see a whole lot of draft day trades. On occasion you will get offered a trade. I went back and resimmed one draft multiple times and there would be anywhere from 0 to 2 trades throughout the entire league through the whole draft. Maybe it starts to become more frequent the further into GM mode you get, don't know myself
