Anyone still playing 13?

So I know I am in the minority of people still playing 13 but after trying the demo for 14 I felt that it was one not worth another $60 and two I feel it takes more control away from me than 13 in terms of auto animations. Also I heard that goalies got totally shafted and being I played 800(ish) games in net in 13 before playing one as a skater that didn't sit well with me.

So I am still rocking 13 every now and again and am wondering if any of you guys still play that game. If so shoot me a message and/or join my club (I WOULDNT RYDER) it's public. I don't really play club (anymore) or know if anyone else does but if I got enough people to run a decent sized team we could give it a try. Otherwise I know OTP is still working and you can get at least three on threes if not more depending on the time of day.

it really depends on what modes you play. gm mode is infinitely better in 14. i doubt there's much difference in terms of gameplay aspects.

EASHL is my go to. I rarely play offline because I find the AI is either boring or just cheats due to how it is programed. So because I really only play EASHL and every now and again VS the improvements made to those modes were not enough to justify me getting that game.

I got myself NHL 13 the other day but only because it's my very first NHL and wanted to see how it is. I'm totally new to ice hockey too.

After a few days I got used to the rules and controls but I still can't play it properly I think. I play on Rookie and I barely win a game. I don't know if it's just because I am totally new to this sports and do not know all the tricks or because I just totally suck at gaming lol.

It's a fun game and ice hockey is a great sports (coming from a German who usually only enjoys soccer lol) but I think I'm still doing something wong. Still got problems with scoring and loads of problems with defending.

But I'm learning^^

Quick question... Does 13 or 14 have a team up mode. Where 3 or 4 buddies can join me during a game vs the cpu? What I'd like to accomplish is having a few of us make a run for the Cup while on the same team.

Y'all set up a GM connected league ad join the same team. I think that's the only way to do it.
