NHL 14 Revamped Player Ratings - Top 50 Players (#21-30 Revealed)

Hello again! Here is #21-30 for the Revamped Rosters. Again, goalies are excluded.

Again, RATINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The ratings you see here may change before the first release of the Revamped Rosters. Once we get our full team's opinions on all players' overalls, we will take the average. This is why some of these may change a bit.

21. C. Giroux (PHI) – OVR 90
22. T. Hall (EDM) – OVR 90
23. H. Zetterberg (DET) – OVR 90
24. A. Pietrangelo (STL) – OVR 90
25. O. Ekman-Larsson (PHX) – OVR 89
26. A. Kopitar (LA) – OVR 89
27. H. Sedin (VAN) – OVR 89
28. N. Backstrom (WSH) – OVR 89
29. R. Nash (NYR) – OVR 89
30. C. Perry (ANA) – OVR 88

And as Puckhead said earlier- The only official OVR ratings are for players through Colorado. All players on teams after Colorado (alphabetically) are still up for debate within our team. Their overalls will at least be close to the ones that are being posted though.

Wow Zetterberg only a 90 overall? I hope he's at least got high ratings most everywhere else. I would thing he would at least be a 94. Giroux seems a bit low as well, but as I've said its the individual ratings that mean more.

Giroux's always gonna be an underrated video game player because they don't want to make his passing/awareness ratings as high as the elite playmakers and they don't want to put his aggression/hitting ratings over 80.

Well remember these ratings are not final. We still have other team members that have not given their overalls for all players yet. So these ratings are tentative and are subject to change.

As for Giroux, believe me I would not underrate him. The Flyers are my favorite team and he is my favorite player. I'm just being fair and not being a "homer". And trust me, Giroux will have one of the best playmaking skill sets in the game. And he will be aggressive. Every player in the game will reflect his true to life performance. And, like always, if you guys notice something that should be changed, speak up! We love feedback and openly welcome it. These rosters are for the community. You guys should have your input too.

Good to hear! I think his defensive tenacity is a hugely under-looked part of his game. It's really impossible to judge from just an overall rating though, so good to hear that he'll have some of that style going for him, that seemed to elude his virtual player in previous editions.
