Applying preorder bonuses

Just got the game. Entered my two download codes. It gave me the new CCM stick, and bauer preorder equipment. But for the love of god I can't find the boost packs?

I preordered the Stanley Cup edition from Best Buy, and still haven't gotten my code from Best Buy yet either. Anyone got any ideas? Or am I just blind?

My Gamestop code doesn't work either. I think they are having problems. I remember this happening with another game.

Yea I can't use my GameStop code either I believe it's having a server issue

the CCM Boost Pack code from the CE is coming up as the Bauer Boost Pack...aggrivating

Me and a couple friends all are having problems with codes from EBGames/Gamespot, they must be having issues.

Hopefully it works out and can still end up using the code...
