My first thought is the demo... It IS that time of year, and unless they're pulling out ALL the stops this year, it can't be gameplay related.

I'm guessing a demo announcement? Maybe even a surprise demo release tomorrow? Can't imagine any major new feature announcement. If there is I can't imagine what could be so huge.
