I think he meant no more NEW modes. I agree with him... I want what NCAA Football has with its Online Dynasty and Web Interface. By the way in NCAA you can have an online dynasty with just yourself. The adavantage to that is having the Web Interface that way you can manage your team from your PC/Laptop/Mobile Device.

Well, that I can agree with. I play season mode and would like to see that upgraded before new ones are added as well although I believe it's a whole lot of wishful thinking on my part.

If this real-time physics engine turns out to be all that its cracked up to be, this game could blow away NHL10.
Yep, the new physic engine will be interesting to checkout this coming Tues.

As far as not seeing any game play videos of any length...Yeah, that does seem a bit unusual. I'd even say that it seems like EA hasn't gone too far out of their way to hype NHL this year. At least it seems that way to me.

Maybe their counting on the game selling itself? Which it probably can. Mines prepaid for.

I'm actually kind of surprised.
Last year they really went to town on gameplay videos of boardplay, new passing, and all that.
Maybe they are just having a type of "Just wait until you play it. We won't have to say a word" type time.
They know that all the video in the world wont be as awesome as the first time you drill a guy into the boards and he doesn't get back up.
Or the first time you hold back on launching your controller because your wide open shot on net was ruined by a well timed stick breaking.
I can't wait!

Seems like they're spending more time and money hyping NBA Elite. I don't blame them. NHL is now an established franchise, and NBA needs the pub.

Not sure why this is.. Madden 11 had a TON of gameplay vids prior to the release of its demo.. FIFA 11 has had about as much as NHL so far.. hard to say why this is...I guess the truth (demo) shall set us free lol

Fosho, I'll keep the phone by me tuesday afternoon/evening. Kinda happy that starting work is taking a bit of extra time (city job=red tape) I'll actually have plenty of time this week to play around with it. I'm hoping the sliders are unlocked and available. Granted it won't be a final build since demos never are but it should be a good indication of where they went with the AI this year in addition to what the new physics additions bring to the game this year.

Hopefully the turn around time on your repair goes smoothly and you're back in action just in time for retail.
