Ranked needs updated slider settings

I'm talking ranked versus play here. I just got done with quite possibly the most ridiculous game of ranked versus I've ever seen.

I am by no means a bad player. I win most of my games. But this guy was for SURE given some sort of advantage. I literally could not take the puck from him. I'd hit him hard and he wouldn't fall, I'd poke and poke and stick lift and only draw penalties. He would skate right through my guys, right around them, no deking needed. My guys couldn't take his team (the Oilers) down. I'd line up a perfect hit on him, and my men would only give him a little bump.

He'd skate in circles, around and around, and would never lose control. My men would be right on him- hitting him, poking him, nothing. He drew no penalties except for a penalty shot despite spamming poke check worse then me. Even his smallest forwards would take down guys like Smyth, Kopitar, and Brown with ease. I've never seen this in my whole time of NHL10. It's not that he was good- it's that he was clearly given some sort of advantage.

Please EA, turn down acceleration, and turn down puck control.

Re: Ranked needs updated slider settings

I noticed this a couple of times with team play recently. The other team was all created players and they were killing us 4-0 in the first period. They all had fancy equipment and such, but could they have all been 'juiced' players? Or is it my imagination and they were just the best players ever?
