Improving Teamplay rating online

I know that clearing the puck out when your team is on penalty kill improves your teamplay grade but what about just clearing the puck out of the defensive zone or dumping the puck into offensive zone from neutral zone during even-strength play, will that also help boost your teamplay rating? Or will it just count as turnover if your team doesn't end up with the pucK??? Does anyone know for certain, (i.e redshirt)

I am pretty sure that as long as the announcers say that it was a dump or a clear, it will help give you a positive towards your grade, as, I try to play D both online and off, and, really do not see a high amount of turnovers on my guy either way when I dump or clear it alot.
