Seattlescott's SuperStar Sliders

Hi everyone, thanks to MkHarsh's All Star sliders, I did some work to bump it to All star. let me know what you think? I average 30 shots, 30 hits, 3-5 penalities a game 1 or 2 breakaways at most, and time attack is getting closer as I realize on superstar you need to play perfect position defense or the computer blasts a shot rite away.

So without furthur ado here are the sliders followed by a youtube video I made of them in action and explaining what they do ;

The differences are so intricate it's not worth rerecording. Basically the only change is now the CPU hits more because of the tuner, and takes more wrap arounds and aggressive shots from the high slot.

Re: Seattlescott's SuperStar Sliders

I got these sliders set up for my new Be a GM mode ( I feel my load of trades in my old one kind of ruined playing as the Blues).
I started my first game against the flyers, and they scored 2 goals in the first 5 minutes.
I reset more and they kept doing it.
So, i think something odd was going on, and i had to take a nap before class anyhow, so i will post more when i get to it later.
(Don't take this as a complaint against the sliders, the gameplay felt much better than what i was using previously. The game just frustrated me)

Are you using Tuner set 1.03? Sometimes I noticed this game "has it out" for you sometimes. You have to reset back to the main screen and restart a new game to get the coding to stop the opposing team from being on fire to start a game. If a team does come out on fire though, and it happens to me often, the best thing to do is play a collapsing defense with normal pressure. make sure they can't get around you and very important - don't play your defense line out of the slot.

If the opposing team scores alot of goals from the low or high slot, switch to a staggard zone to cover the slot. You can also use it in a combination with puck side attack to try and force an uncalled pass into the slot where your weakside winger will be waiting to disrupt the play.

You can stop offensive lines when they are fire. Another thing you can do is pass the puck behind the net and try and tire out the opposing line in your zone and in the nuetral zone to get them to change up to a line not on fire.

FREEZE the puck often to if things are feeling out of control. You can always win a draw. Push both sticks up and shoot off the the draw to clear it to the nuetral zone if you need a breath to reset on defense. Don't forget you can reset on defense too when you freeze the puck.

Hope I helped somewhat.

Oh one more thing I was going to add. Was your first game on the road? When you play on the road, the opposing scoring line has a HUGE chance of coming out with alot of energy...so keep this in mind,

Re: Seattlescott's SuperStar Sliders

What do you have penalties and penalty time scaling at?
