Tuner Set Version?

What exactly is this? Does EA release these and are they just different slider adjustments or are they tweaks that are made that cannot be seen?

Re: Tuner Set Version?

This will basically be like little tweaks added to the game throughout the year based on user feedback. Nothing big enough to be a patch, but tweaks to the gameplay, like maybe toning down the Cpu back and forth passing in the offensive zone.

Also they will allow users to go back to whatever point if they don't like the changes made in the future.

That is good news. I've noticed there was already one tuner set.

There have actually been two, not that it matters that much :-)

I love how EA has always done this, puts new stuff in the game and its never in their tiny manual hehe.

Ha! I always laugh at the manual size in recent EA Games...

Remember 2K? They used to put their manuals in the game.. it was a double edged sword though... they were HUGE and comprehensive (I think I remember one that was like 200 virtual pages... NCAA BAsketball?) but you couldnt access them in game.. only through the main menu, which hurt its helpfulness.

EA's recent manuals are so useless they might as well just print the controls on the inside of the cover and scrap the manual all together.

Re: Tuner Set Version?

The manual is largely useless however I find it encouraging that there seem to be enough people on sites like this that can shed light on things that are not straight forward about the game.

Also, I would much prefer a bare bones manual if that means more time can be spent on the provision of updates and patches for the game over the course of the year.
