How do you use a roster update?

Can someone point me to the instructions for using a roster update? I saw the file posted to another thread and want to use it. I don't care about editing players or anything. I just want to load the latest roster update on my XBox so I can use current rosters in offline vs.

I think you will want to connect your xbox to the internet and it'll prompt you there is a new roster update. It prompts me, for example, when I go into the online features, like Ultimate Team.

Make sure u have xbox live..go to customize....go to roster management... Then download rosters.... Download the most recent one to date ... Save it and then load it before starting any mode. Hope that helps
