Issue with coins: daily rewards and lost Auctions

Yesterday, I encountered two issues regardung coins in HUT:

1) I lost a bid on a player, but the coins I invested didn't show up in my account once the auction was finished.
2) Also, my daily user bonus of 1,250 didn't show up in my account.

I restarted HUT several times, but nothing happened.

Anybody else had similar issues?

Give it some time, it usually gets back to normal some time or another.

Today I bought a $5 HUT special offer pack and it ****ing charged my card but didn't download to my HUT team. **** EA

They also had a bonus show up at the main menu that said if you play one game of HUT you would get a free gold pack. I played several but didn't get one and the next day that offer was gone. Lame.

I also wish the daily rewards weren't locked into 24 hour periods and just went by calendar date instead. I don't always play at the exact same time each day and its annoying logging in an hour earlier than the day before but not getting your daily reward.

Yesterday I sold two players, one for 750 and the other for 950. my account shows 1660 coins. Funny maths ...

This is getting weirder every day: now my daily user bonus has been set back to zero although I've been in HUT every day since release

The special packs have been pulled for this very reason. Contact EA, they should be able to do something about it for you.

I'm actually nervous about this too. When I logged in yesterday, it showed I was at the 7/7 day mark for the daily return bonus, but it didn't do the little animation that it usually does. I really hope it doesn't get reset.
