An update of what I’ve been doing: I’ve been experimenting and came up with the sliders below,they are a mix of the OS community set and my own adjustments.
Slow gameplay...but try normal if you prefer.



Difficulty: World Class/Legendary
Half length: 10 Minutes..feel free to try shorter halves.
Game speed: Normal or Slow
Controls: Any
Move assistance: None
Defending: Tactical or Legacy
Analog sprint: On
