AC Milan Career Set-up Help

About to start a new career with my virtual pro player/manager with Milan with the current squad updated. Any suggestions on how to play with these guys for a guy that only have 25 games or so under his belt? Should I stick with their 4-3-3 where the Brazilians and Ibrahimovic? When teams really press me on the counter attack, not having AT LEAST one of those three forwards drop back tends to hurt against a Inter, Juve, or Napoli. And what about how you set-up your specific tactics by player?

I love having a guy like Gattuso as a reserve to come in and just attack the ball for the last 30 minutes as he does in real life. But that sort of play doesn't match the roster for the first 69 minutes with a Pirlo, Boateng, or Seedorf. It only seems like the 4 backs play any sort of defense.

Still kinda shocked BTW that Berlusconi wants to make a run for Ronaldo. But I guess I shouldn't be with that man's past. I would rather have Ganso and a more athletic CDM in 2011-2012.
