I am playing Fifa's manager mode and, despite any faults or shortcomings it may have, I can't get away from it. I've played Madden, The Show and NBA 2k10, but Fifa's manager mode has got a grip on me at the moment.

Which made me wonder, what is the best, if not perfect, manager/franchise mode in sports video gaming?

I too love FIFA 10 and the Manager Mode. Love it. I think it's done brilliantly.

I still can't go past the Dynasty Mode in NCAA series. It has lost it's WOW factor and recruiting has become a bit of a chore, though for out and out "can't put it down factor", NCAA nudges FIFA (more so for what it was that what it is today). MLB Road To The Show enters any debate too.
