Career Mode Idea

Anyone else think EA should do a career mode like Maddens CFM offline where you can play as more than one coach in your career but all linked to same game. I love playing as different teams in same season but you can only do this in tournament mode in Fifa.

Whereas in Madden I can play with as many teams as I like in the same season.

You still can't even turn off firings, so I wouldn't keep my hopes up for a feature like this. It's unfortunate, because I'd love it too.

Career Mode is never going to change. It doesn't sell FUT packs.

I'm new to career mode, last FIFA I played was 2013. How do you have it so the CPU sets up your line-ups or squad before the match. In 2013 you used to be able to press a button it would set up the match squad for you taking into fatigue and the difficultly of the opponent. Or is it impossible and you have to set your line-up/squad before every game, which is so tedious.

Sure would love to see CPU coaches being fired like they do all the time IRL. It would be cool to see coaches switching teams and taking their formation and strategy with them. Shake things up a bit.

It would be awesome to see a headline in the middle of December pop up and say "Swansea Manager Sacked!" and then have him replaced by Middlesbrough's manager or something like that. Even if there was a coaching carousel like in the NCAA Football games at the end of the season it would be great. It could also lead to more in game transfers between AI controlled teams as new managers need players that fit their style of play.

To answer the OP, it would be cool to control multiple teams such as a top Champion's League squad, as well as a League 2 team, and maybe something in another league like an MLS or South American team to keep things interesting.
