hi i m trying to ask, say i started a career mode by inserting all england stadiums, then i delete the career mode and download new live update roster and then do another new career mode, would those stadium names i saved before still be there pls?

Yeah deleting a career save should be fine.

hello quick question if i download the update of the women's world cup and i play the world cup, are all my changed stadium names deleted or will they remain.?

Probably same as the men’s World Cup when that was released. Overrides the squad file when you go into the tournament & you lose it.
