Question on Dynasty using Team builder Teams

If I wanted to do a dynasty and control multiple team builder Teams is that possible? .I've tried and tried to have multiple by myself and I can't figure out how to do it if it is possible.

I also noticed that sadly two other things.

One, you can download a maximum 15 schools. Unlike the PS3 where could download like 120 schools.

Two, you can only have 15 teambuilder schools in dynasty, not the 16 that I would have thought it would have been.

They advertised 16 per Dyansty. For shame.

And why only let you download 15 if you get 32 created team slots on the website?
