Wow!! Never thought about doing that. Very tempting to try set 1.

I don't have a ton off time and I just have Heisman playing good for my skill level.
But I'm really interested to see how set 1 plays out.

That's how it goes with sliders lol

Thank you for putting all the time into testing slider.
Very much appreciated 100% make the game enjoyable for the long term

I'm going to be narrowing it down to one set soon.

But the thing that I did like about set 1 was that the defenders do react which is huge since I utilize the no switch rule on defense.

My guys unlike years past on Heisman reacted really well on their own.

I'm guessing because of the 100 setting for both coverage and reaction. That is the highest I've ever set the USER defense.

The downside is it made my defense too easy

Now I got to try and figure out how to maintain the self reaction of my defenders on their own without having it too high to kill the CPU offense from moving the ball.

Set 2 is pretty solid but you don't get the same reaction by the USER defenders that the CPU defenders play with.....

I'm thinking of potentially going a hybrid zero Slider direction. The Players on Heisman might be able to hold up better with that type of setup as opposed to Varsity and AA.

I haven't tried the set yet. Trying to fine tune sliders to my skill set and enjoyment using ideas from some of the sliders gurus on the site and mix and match.

I do notice raising user sliders will make the AI offense sometimes non existent.

It is tricky trying to just make heisman a little more fair but keep the killer instinct the AI has.

A more zero based set is interesting The AI on heisman don't need that much to be still really good. I think it's more in what the human sliders are set to.

So many sliders do so many different things and work together would be nice if a slider just does what it says

Knocked down the QBA to 5 on both sides because I wanted to see how the CPU could operate.

Left the pass block up high because that's huge in allowing both sides to function with QBA 5. Gives enough time for both qb's to make reads but the low accuracy produced some sweet miss throws.

Just need to settle on a catch setting but it's looking like 40 for CPU and 45 for USER

Should have these ready to roll for dynasty play soon.

Although the level will be heisman I've found away to make the gameplay feel a lot like Varsity

First off if you enjoy Varsity Level and the fluid gameplay of that level. Then this set should be right up your alley.

These settings were worked on for almost a month as I initially narrowed it down from 2 different to combine the best settings into one base set.

PASS Block and Coverage both at 100 works hand in the hand. Both QB's operate on the extreme low end of the slider scale and that's why you'll need pass block maxed out to allow each QB time to read the coverage and function properly.

Do not take the CPU QB for granted

The Sliders are also set on a value system equal to the default base value of 150 for Passing Offense and Passing Defense.

This is to insure both sides operate equally

These settings can be adjusted to match USER preference and Skill

For example the Passing game combinations on this set work for both sides.

QBA 0 + WR Catch 50
QBA 5 + WR Catch 45
QBA 10 + WR Catch 40

I've tested each one of those settings for both USER and CPU with current Base Defense posted and one of those combinations is most likely to work based on the USER preference.

USER Running operates the same on this set.

Depending on your skill the options are

Run Block 0 + Ball Security 50
Run Block 5 + Ball Security 45
Run Block 10 + Ball Security 40

50 is the highest value you need on this set because the CPU is only operating with a Tackle value of 45 or 50.

I left the base set at 45 to allow for a few broken tackles but 50 default is optional if you want the CPU to be equal in value vs the USER Running game.

CPU's Run Block on this set or any set by me for that matter must be maxed out or closed to it in order for them to have a chance to Run the Ball.

They will Also operate between 40-50 for Ball Security on this set but their Run Block will always remain at 100. The User can decide based on their outcomes which settings work best for them.

USER Tackle can match that of the CPU 45 or 50 to keep things equal.

THE INT Slider at 0 allows for cleaner gameplay especially with the Lower QBA. The User will notice that LB's won't catch everything. I will not be adjusting this Slider at all.....

The USER can decide if they want to increase that Slider up between 5-10

I'd keep it so that it stays within the 150 Pass Defense value

Coverage will Always remain at 100

So Reaction and Interception can maintain a 50 value combined

Reaction 50 + INT 0
Reaction 45 + INT 5
Reaction 40 + INT 10

So it's a pretty simple set that is easy to adjust if you stick with the values mentioned and the gameplay might surprise a few of you.
