New PS5 League Random Draw of 1 to 1.5 prestige teams

I am starting a second dynasty. To start we will have 7 users max. Random draw of 1 to 1.5 star (minus any team above a 79) teams and only one user per conference plus UConn and UMass as Independents. We will use Playmakers AA sliders with 6 minute quarters.

Few things of note.

24-hour advance

Limited H2H unless requested outside of possible bowl matchups

If your team wins 2 regular season or CCs in a row you can request to be in a P4 conference; however, if you win 3 in a row it's automatic.

Possible house rules restricting recruiting. Nothing is set in stone but it's possible you can only recruit 2 stars above your current prestige level. So if you are 1 or 1.5 you can't recruit a 4-star until you get to a 2-star prestige.
