Obviously a CPB is the correct answer to any and all "which PB is best" questions, but Auburn's is good. For a default school's pb, with as much as I hate to say this, ohio state's PB is easily the best answer to what you're looking for. But, if you don't mind a generic PB, the "spread option" PB is phenomenal for what you want, as long as you don't need a deep passing threat. For a power spread option, "spread option" is tremendous, but it's passing game is a LOT more limited than ohio state.

I been switching between OSU, Clemson, and Spread Option.

Going completely off of memory here, as I haven't played NCAA in a while now, but this is the type of offense I normally run when I do, so I'll give it a shot. Auburn's book is fantastic for what you're looking for. I also like Mississippi State's PB as well as OSU's. If you're looking for a good spread book with some good, smash-mouth under center looks to go with it, I've had success with Nebraska's and Minnesota's PBs.

I made a couple of Gus's offenses. Especially his Tulane offense. From what I can research OSU comes up alot. Thanks for the other options. I would for us to get a list of power spread playbooks.

So Ohio State seems to be the best option? What about using the smash mouth spread but having a more balanced attack? Multiple O or Baylor? I currently use an Oklahoma multiple. Of course, I have modified it. Thanks

ya, If you want a true smash mouth option playbook with limited passing. OSU is your book. Auburn would be more of a balance attack option attack IMO. Baylor is more of a spread to pass playbook. Funny you said Baylor. They hired me as their OC. I am having to modified my custom OSU pb again. I have 3 90+ speed and 90+ acc rb's and 5 WR with the skill set LOL.

Lol. Would never go to Balylor as a head coach. Thanks. Is a Clemson play book more balanced? I may try Auburn tomorrow. I am not good at running the option.
