Game Freeze When Choosing to View Playbook by Formation

Hi all. I'm just starting year 3 of a Teambuilder dynasty. I've used a custom playbook throughout.

I edited my playbook before the first game this season. Now when I try to play a game, it freezes as soon as I try to choose to select my plays by Formation. It will let me use Ask Coach, or sort by Personnel, but not formation. Any ideas how to fix this? I deleted the playbook and made a new version, still the same problem.

It seems the problem was with my formation subs. I reset them to the default and everything seems to be working fine.
