How to get a copy of tuners for ncaa 11?

I can download the updates but I can't connect to Xbox live because there are no servers for the game anymore. I play it without the patch (with tuners) but now I can't get the tuners back. Can I get a copy from someone? Is that even possible? Please help. I'm scared to jump back into my dynasty without the tuners and no patch. I don't want to corrupt my files.
