Skill points for assistant coaches in Dynasty Mode

When I typed in the title of this thread some similar threads came up but those were mostly Madden threads and didn't cover my question, if it is on here somewhere though, I apologize in advance and please direct me to that forum.

My question is, in NCAA 14 I am playing an offline dynasty, I am in year two, both of my assistant coaches are at level 5. The OC and DC both accrue skill points at the same rate each week and this season I have noticed the past 7 weeks or so (I am in week 14 now) that they seem to get the same number of points, 288, I noticed this exact total each week a couple times in year one but I wasn't paying as much attention then as I am now. So, ladies and gents, does anyone know what would make them earn more/less points, any ideas? I was looking online and can't find anything specific, the head coach, that's easy, they list what the HC gets points for so we know but it doesn't matter how many skill points I get, it could be 400, 800, 1500, the coordinators always seem to get 288 points a week. It's fine now, but their next level up is around 2080 I believe so can you imagine how long it would take to get there, then 2400 after that, at 288 points it would take a little over 8 weeks to level up.

Sorry this got so long winded, any input from the OS community on the subject or your experiences would be great.
