Fixing the NotreDame uniform freeze help

To my understanding there is a way to fix the freeze when you go to select notre dames shamrock uniforms; but you have to delete the packs and re download them in reverse order.

So my questions are:
How do you delete the uniform packs for PS3?
Do you have to pay for them again when you re download?

I don't know PS3 hardware/architecture, but I didn't have to delete them from my Xbox. I just moved them instead.

I moved all of them from my HDD. I put them on my ~500 MB Internal drive, but I'm sure a thumb drive would work too as would the cloud.
I then simply moved them back to where they were on my HDD in reverse order.

This has been covered on a different thread, but AFAIK, the only way to fix the issue on the PS3 is by deleting all the game data. This deletes everything, basically wiping the game from the PS3. You would then have to reinstall the game as if you'd just purchased it from new. You can then re-download the uni packs in reverse order. You shouldn't have to pay for the packs again as your PS network account recognises you've already purchased them.

I have tried this and it rectifies the freezing issue you get with the ND uniform selection.

I have found that you can also just not pick from the complete uniforms, if you pick a helmet, jersey, pant, separately, the game will not freeze.

For me it always froze is I selected the Shamrock jersey. I didn't do this on purpose, but when you're browsing through the available jerseys, if you scroll far enough you'll hit it.

It froze on me ever single time that I did that (360).

So if I delete the game data then I will lose my rosters as well?

Its pretty sad that EA charges us for the uniforms (which is fine, I have bought every pack), and when something like this happens they don't care enough to fix it. We should not be the ones figuring out a fix for this problem.

Yes. It completely wipes the game from the PS3. You will lose game saves, dynasties, everything. You cannot delete individual uni packs. This is the only way that I'm aware of that will fix the issue.
