NCAA 14 for Europeans?

I have PS3 and I was just curious, is the game region-locked on it and if not, would I be able to play Online and Ultimate Team? Import Draft Classes to Madden? Thinking about buying it with the recent news.

The Game is Region Lockout free on the PS3 so you should be able to play the game on a PAL console.

However, To play online and access the uniform store etc...., you would need a US Playstation Network Account.
