Unintentionally Hilarious Coaching Hires

In one of my dynasties, after year two, Notre Dame fires Brian Kelly after a 3-9 faceplant.
They replace him with...

Charlie Weis.

I realize the game doesn't (and probably can't for good reason) that kind of historical data for coaches, and that it saw the Decided Schematic Advantage as a Notre Dame alum fresh off of a 10 win (!) season at Kansas, but it was funny to me to see.

In last year's game, I had Michigan hire RichRod after a solid 6 years at Arizona.

What unintentionally hilarious coaching moves have you guys seen over the years?

I find it amusing that the OS icon for NAU is 20 years (and three rebrands!) out of date.

Bama had a bad season, fired Nick Saban, hired Les Miles.

In other news, Louisiana seceded from the union, citing the fact that Alabama was a part of the union.

I think in this game teams are fire-happy.

Was the head coach at Tennessee and lost my Offensive Coordinator... He was replaced by none other than Lane Kiffin after one season on the dynasty. Knoxville was excited to see Layla again.

In a sense, I actually like this because this year teams can actually fire coaches mid-contract like IRL instead of having to wait for the four-year contract for that deadbeat, 2-22 coach to expire.

USC fired Lane Kiffin and hired Tim DeRuyter from Fresno State. Fresno State replaces him with Lane Kiffin.

In my dynasty Les Miles was fired and was hired as Alabama's OC under Saban. After 1 year Miles won the coordinator COTY and was hired elsewhere as a HC again.
