Heisman Trophy

Not gonna call this a glitch, because it really isnt one, but its still kinda unrealistic.
So in my Michigan dynasty, Johnny Manziel won the Heisman in 2013, 2014, AND 2015. Every single year of his college career he won the Heisman (including 2012 in real life). I understand that he was rated 99 overall by year 2 of my dynasty and that he probably put up really good stats, but dont you think its a wee bit unrealistic for a guy to win 4 heisman trophies in 4 years? Nonetheless staying for all 4 years of your college career in this situation? Let me know what you guys think of this.

Re: Heisman Trophy

Agreed I think that's a bit unrealistic. I don't know how often or if at all players in NCAA leave in their 3rd year if they're a star player, as they would do in real life. I wish it was a bit more realistic in that regard, but I haven't really tested it. I think that's weird though because he didn't win the heisman in either of the dynasty years i've played so far, and I didn't play them either time so he must have gotten hurt or had an off year haha

Re: Heisman Trophy

Johnny Football won the Heisman in the first year of my dynasty and then the ND QB won in the second year. I agree it seems like some talented players stay but I haven't looked into it too much, I just know De'Anthony Thomas stayed and I think another marquee QB stayed.

Re: Heisman Trophy

It's just too easy to keep players from leaving for the draft. (at least in my personal experience)

My main gripe about this is the fact that he won the heisman all four years of his college career, not that he stayed for his senior year after winning 3 heismans

He robbed me as well! Ran for 2200+ plus yards and 37 TD's with Kent State's Dri Archer and Johnny Football still took home the Heisman.

I think it has to do with OVR rating. The higher the players rating the more likely he is chosen.. that's the only logical explanation.
