0 speed threshold=frame rate problems

Played countless games on 0 threshold and countless on OTHER thresholds.

With all games set to zero, about 3/4 of the way thru, the frame rate drops and everything starts moving super slow and choppy. Anyone else experiencing Frame rate issues, what threshold r u playing on?

Re: 0 speed threshold=frame rate problems

Personally I use Jarodds black set at 0 threshold and haven't had a frame rate problem. But I haven't played a ton of games on 0. Charters sliders at 40 are pretty good.

does a 1 point difference make that big of a change?

Re: 0 speed threshold=frame rate problems

Maybe it has something to do with the game speed as well?

Re: 0 speed threshold=frame rate problems

Didn't matter what threshold I played on, seems like if there was a cut scene, there was a 20% chance the frame rate would just drop out and I am forced to quit the game and start over. Had it happen in the 1st 3 minutes of the game, had it happen in the 3rd, the 4th. But most of the time in the 1st quarter. So far I have had it happen around a dozen times since owning the game.

IF that doesn't happen, some times the audio will just cut out for no reason in mid sentence. Just total silence. A few times I even seen the game completely freeze when the CPU be trying to kick a FG or kick an extra point and they will just get delay of game over and over and over and over again unless I call a time out for them.

Game just has stability issues.

I'm using Fast/Threshold 0 and not noticing any frame rate issues.
