NCAA Football 14 Bugs and Glitch Thread

Anyone else having a freezing issue? I just lost to Alabama with GA St in OT in my DC dynasty and it froze at the end... now i gotta play it again and there is no way i can do that again

Above anything else... dear god, they need to turn down the read option. It's way to overpowered and online play is practically unplayable due to players abusing this play. 9 times out of 10 you will get 7 yards +. It even works a majority of the time against the AI on Heisman. I'm really hoping this is something they can patch. I'm sure a lot of the community is going to be complaining about it pretty soon. Except for the ones that use it every other play. I'm sure they feel like they win because they are skilled, when in fact I lost to the read option.. not the player.

Not sure if this happens every time but I was picked off in the redzone on my 9 yard line. When my opponent came out to run the offensive play he was on HIS 9 yard line. This was on the Early Release in online Head to Head. I read on a forum that it happened on the demo also.

Also, searching for opponents online, you have to search for opponents up to 50 levels within yours. This is on the hard copy of NCAA 14. I didn't have that much trouble finding opponents on the early release. I can't imagine there's not that many people playing on the first day of the release.

They really need to turn down the kicking power on Kickoffs. The Texas and Ohio State kicker have touchbacks almost every time.

I don't think this is a bug but it would be nice if the edited depth charts you create can carry over onto the Online Head to Head match ups.

Whats the bug? Slow and choppy frame rate/gameplay at end of 4th qtr

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Happened actually the very first play after the BIGGEST hit I've seen in the game thus far...

How often can the bug be reproduced? First time for me, not for others tho

Whats the bug? Overtime glitch, same as ever. After home team scores, it gets the ball a second time, dooming the other team (me).

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? Dynasty

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Play into a third OT

Can you recreate it? I don't want to go through that again

How often can the bug be reproduced? If it's anything like NCAA 10-13, yes.

What's the bug? After TD, sideline animation doesn't give way to extra point option on menu, just stays on players. Charged with delay of game.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? Exhibition game

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Scored a touchdown (UF v. USC e). Celebration, then video moves to our player sideline. Camera moves down long line of zombie-like players then settles on one realistic player near the center. Just stays there. Other players come to sideline and seem to enter another dimension, not really there. Offense charged with delay of game. Play menu never came up.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Only happened once in the one game I've played.

Whats the bug? If your opponents quit with you ahead online, you will not receive a win, despite the tooltip saying you will.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? Xbox Live quick match.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I've had three people rage quit because I scored on the first possession, no wins for any of them even though I chose to "count" the game every time.

How often can the bug be reproduced? It's happened to me every time someone quit while I was winning.

Do you have video or pictures? No, if it happens again I'll try to document it.

Whats the bug? I was playing defense and intercepted a ball in the endzone I was defending. As soon as I intercepted it, my player fell out of bounds and I was given a touchdown. I got 6 points, kicked the PAT, and kicked-off like normal afterwards.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? Play Now, Heisman difficulty.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? The CPU threw a deep pass in the endzone that I leapt and intercepted and I was given a touchdown.

Can you recreate it? Haven't tried. Has only occurred once.

How often can the bug be reproduced? N/A
