Every year when the new site goes live they have these types of glitches. Sometimes they go away, sometimes they stick around like the one year we couldn't view HS stadium 2 on TB (or whatever it was called) until you popped in the game. Hopefully they work the kinks out in the next day or so.

I'm also seeing some ratings not change when I switch roster template teams. Georgia State was all 99s for a minute too. So I think they are still working out the bugs.

Yes. You cannot add or subtract from the total amount of teams in a dynasty.
