I honestly had given up on last years edition, along with Madden 13. I played this demo and was so happy. I really wish they let us view replays in the demo but i understand why they wouldn't. I had a play where i was literally fighting with the other teams RB running down the sidelines trying to get him down past his stiff arm and i finally forced him out of bounds and the whole animation was sooo much better than i'm used to. I also saw multiple occasions where my RB had used his hand to push off/get around the OL to get to an open hole. and my god the CUTS! Okay, i'm gonna stop because everything has already been said, but lemme just say, this game is f-ing awesome!

Just finished a VTech (me) vs Alabama game.

McCarron had a tough time throwing the ball. 6-13 for 62 yds 0 TD 1 INT. You can really tell the difference between offenses in this game. Going against Alabama then playing against A&M with Oregon, you get a totally different experience.

Back to the Alabama game, I possessed most of the clock much to my surprise by running it down their throat. I really like the zone blocking, had some nice cut back lanes. I did notice Alabama DB's giving a bunch of cushion early in the game, then after a couple short curl route completions they tightened up their coverage. Nice to see the CPU AI trying to make adjustments.

First time in a long time I am excited for this release.

Ohio State QB - 8-14, 75 yards, 57%, LNG of 26 yrds, no drops or deflections.

Pretty much all of the CPU's incomplete passes and about half of my completions were overthrown

One thing I've been doing is turning down CPU/HUM QBA to 5, and simultaneously turning down pass coverage to 35. This - in large part - eliminates route mirroring without breaking the game wide open for the offenses.

Basically, you see more wild passes and less knock-downs by the defense.

I might have just seen it at the wrong time but QB throwing motion looked better. I will have to check it out again to be sure

I'm curious as to the logic of lowing the CPU pass coverage. Don't we want to make it harder to pass over the middle? Or does this combination do that somehow?

Hell it even happens to the best of them. The Show, widely considered the gold standard of sports games had a bug at one time, that counted the run, if a runner crossed the plate before the final out of the inning was made.
Isn't it out in two weeks??

The demo is more than likely an older build compared to the game that's basically final.
