Starting new ps3 dynasty

Starting a new ps3 dynasty for sim players only. You need to call more than 3 or 4 plays. No glitches or rocket catches. If you don't play a realistic game then you will be booted quickly.

Input is welcomed, rather we build up a program or start with any team from the beginning. I'm looking to use Jarrod's sliders but am flexible with those. If you're interested or know a way to make this better let me know. Once we have ten people we'll advance to the preseason.

I would join new to online dynasty, joined 2 last week one of them has been great, the other not so much. Guy ran 5 plays all game and had some kind of defense cheat where i got sacked everytime. I play sim style looking for the same. But I would like to be Notre Dame in a OD. PSN: tlammers

Let me know what teams you want, and any thoughts on what you'd like to see with this dynasty. I'm probably going to run with Penn State. We wont start until we have at least 10 teams.

I would like to play a two conference dynasty, I never have before. A bunch of user games sounds awesome. Would this be a possibility? I am down with any two conferences if you choose to do this.
